I FORGOT MY QUEENS BOARD PASSWORD

- Only registered Queens Board users may use this facility.
- All of the fields are required:
- First Name
- The first name you used when you registered. Note that if you entered "Francine" when you registered, entering "Fran" here won't work.
- Last Name
- The last name you used when you registered.
- Email Address
- This field must contain the email address (in the form name@domain.com) that you registered with The Queens Board.
- Once you've entered all the information, click on "Remind Me".
- If the data you entered is valid, you will be shown the HINT that you created when you registered. You will NOT be shown the actual password itself.
- If the hint doesn't help, or if you never created a hint, you will be given the option to have your actual password sent to the email address we have on file for you.

I WANT TO CHANGE MY PASSWORD

- Only registered Queens Board users may use this facility.
- All of the fields are required:
- Email Address
- This field must contain the email address (in the form name@domain.com) that you registered with The Queens Board.
- Old Password
- Enter your existing password.
- New Password
- Enter whatever new password you prefer, up to 20 bytes in length. It may include any combination of letters and numbers. Don't use any special characters (such as question marks or periods) as they may not work. The password will not be displayed when you enter it.
- New Password AGAIN
- Enter the same password you entered above. This is to help prevent miskeyed passwords that may otherwise go unnoticed.
- Brief Hint
- Enter a brief hint that will help you remember your new password in case you forget it. For example, if your password is your dog's name, your hint might be "woof".
- Once you've entered all the information, click on "Change My Password".
- If the data you entered is valid, the change will be effective immediately.
