I remember it well, only ate there once but really enjoyed it. My wife's uncle lived around the corner on 83rd st. & was a regular there. Also the cook from our hangout in Astoria, eventually went to work there, first name Dominick don't know his last name. I'm trying to remember the name of an Italian restaurant under the El in about the same area that was very good as well, but it just isn't coming back to me, & of course there was The Old Barn!.
