Looking back to my younger days, the Newmarks and the Chanowitzs were a very close family. Most of the Chanowitzs lived in Boro Park and the Newmarks lived on E.98th St and/or Rockaway Parkway in Brooklyn. There was a family circle that continued for a while until people moved and/or passed on. I would love to hear from the children of the Newmark Family as the other family lives mainly in South Florida and in New York and New Jersey. As we get older we want to connect with the families we remember as children growing up. Let me hear from you. My parents were Ida and Nat and my father was in the Junk Business.
