Which Queens neighborhood had the best outdoor Christmas decorations?

From around the end of WWII into the early 1950s, I think it was Jamaica Estates, which had some of the wealthiest home owners. In the week between Christmas and New Year's, the traffic would be bumper-to-bumper as families drove there from all over Queens to gape.
